5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These make the best snacks and are packed with so much goodness for you! They are super easy to make and all you need are the following 5 ingredients. 

What you need:
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup dark chocolate chips

1 cup old fashioned oats

½ cup ground flax seeds*
2 tablespoons honey*

* I used my blender to ground the flax seeds

*add more honey as needed - if your balls are falling apart when you're making them into balls you might need more honey to make it stick. 


 1. Add all the ingredients listed above in a bowl and mix them together. I used my kitchen aid mixer to quickly mix up all the ingredients. 

2. Refrigerate mixture for 15-30 mins. This will help make the balls stick together. 

3. Start rolling them into balls. This recipe makes about 12. I always like to double the recipe so I can eat them all week long. 

*feel free to freeze them if you don't eat after a week.
